Amazon PPC management · Sustenify (Pvt) Ltd

Most Amazon sellers don't have an ads problem. They have a wasted spend problem.

We take over your PPC, cut the spend that isn't earning, and move that budget into the terms that actually convert. If your TACoS doesn't drop by 15% in 60 days, you don't pay.

The leak

You already know how to sell. The ads are just quietly taking a cut.

Almost nobody loses money on Amazon in one dramatic moment. It goes out slowly, in small amounts, on search terms nobody has looked at in weeks. Here is what that usually looks like inside an account.

01

Broad match is paying for your competitors' brand names

A third of your spend goes to terms you would never buy on purpose. They convert once in a while, so nobody questions them.

02

Your best converting terms sit in a capped campaign

The keywords that actually make money run out of budget by mid-afternoon, while the weak ones run all day.

03

Bids were set once and never revisited

Placement modifiers, dayparting, top-of-search premiums — all set at launch, all still sitting there months later.

04

Nobody has read the search term report in months

The single most useful file in the account, and it takes an hour a week that nobody has.

None of this shows up as a disaster. It shows up as a slightly worse month, twelve times a year.

How we work

Three phases. You see the account before we touch anything.

No lock-in and no six-month contract to find out whether this works. The first phase is free and you keep the findings either way.

01

Audit

Free · 48 hours

We pull your search term, placement and campaign data and record a Loom walking you through exactly where the money is going. You keep the recording and the spreadsheet whether or not you hire us.

02

Restructure

Weeks 1–3

Campaign architecture rebuilt around match type and intent, negatives applied across the account, budget moved out of the losers and into the terms that already convert. You approve it before anything goes live.

03

Compound

Ongoing

Weekly bid and search term work, a short Loom every Friday, and a monthly call on what to launch, push or kill next. The account gets a little better every week instead of once a quarter.

What you get

One flat monthly fee. No percentage of ad spend.

We don't earn more when you spend more. That's on purpose.

Ongoing

Full campaign management

Sponsored Products, Brands and Display across every marketplace you sell in.

Weekly

Bid & search term work

Harvest what converts, negate what doesn't, adjust placements against real data. This is where the saving comes from.

Weekly

Negative keyword sculpting

The unglamorous work that most of the result actually comes from.

Monthly

Listing & conversion feedback

Ads can only do so much if the page doesn't convert. We tell you what to fix.

Every Friday

A Loom, not a dashboard

Five minutes of a human explaining what changed and why, instead of a PDF you won't read.

Any time

Direct WhatsApp access

You message me, not a ticket queue. Replies inside a working day.

Testimonial two. Shorter is fine. A single sentence with a number in it outperforms a paragraph of praise.

Fit

Where you are decides what we work on first.

The discipline is the same at every size. What changes is the order we do it in.

Under $10K / month

Getting off the ground

Ranking the first few keywords without burning the whole budget doing it. Tight campaign structure from day one, so there's nothing to untangle later.

Most clients
$10K – $50K / month

Scaling without losing margin

This is where most waste lives. Restructure, negatives, and budget moved into what already works — usually the fastest TACoS drop of the three.

$50K+ / month

Squeezing out the last points

Placement and dayparting control, brand defence, share of voice against competitors, and reporting your team can actually act on.

Not a fit if — you want ads run on a listing that doesn't convert yet, you're looking for the cheapest option on Upwork, or you want daily changes made with no data behind them.

Who you'd work with

Sustenify is small on purpose.

Photo of RaahimClean headshot, 1000×1000. Not stock — the whole point of this section is that it's a real person.

Placeholder bio, rewrite in your own words. Four years across Amazon PPC, wholesale, private label and arbitrage. Sustenify is registered in Pakistan with the SECP and works with sellers in the UK, US and EU.

You deal with me directly on strategy and reporting. A small delivery team does the daily execution, which is why the fee is what it is — you're not paying for an account manager who forwards your emails to someone else.

We keep the client list short. It's the only way the weekly work gets done properly instead of batched into a monthly scramble.

The guarantee

15% lower TACoS in 60 days, or you don't pay.

If we don't reduce your TACoS by at least 15% within 60 days of taking over the account, we refund the management fee for that period. That's the whole guarantee.

  • Measured against your trailing 60-day average, agreed in writing before we start.
  • We need full advertising access and sign-off on the restructure in week one.
  • Doesn't apply if listing, pricing or stock changes materially mid-way — we'll flag it if that happens.

Start here

Tell us about the account, then pick a time.

We look at the account before the call, so we're not spending your half hour on questions. If it's obviously not a fit, we'll say so by email and save you the meeting.

Step 1 of 2 — About your store

We don't sell or share this. It goes into our CRM and nowhere else.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

What does it cost?

Placeholder — state the flat monthly fee and what it covers. Being upfront about price on the page filters out the wrong calls before they're booked.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

Placeholder. Recommended: monthly rolling, 30 days notice. It removes the biggest objection on the call.

How much access do you need to my account?

Advertising access through Seller Central user permissions. We never need your login, and we don't touch listings, pricing or inventory.

How quickly will I see a difference?

First changes go live inside week one. Meaningful TACoS movement usually shows in weeks three to six, because bid changes need data behind them before they mean anything.

What if my listing is the problem, not the ads?

We'll tell you in the audit. Running more traffic at a page that doesn't convert is the fastest way to waste money, so we'd rather fix that order.

Do you work with my category?

Placeholder — list the categories you've actually worked in, and say plainly which ones you won't take.

What happens if I'm not happy?

The 60-day guarantee covers results. Outside that it's monthly — you can leave and we hand the account back documented, not scrambled.

Who's actually doing the work?

Placeholder. Say it straight: strategy and reporting with Raahim, daily execution by the delivery team, and name them if you can.

Last thing

The audit is free and it takes us 48 hours.

Worst case, you find out exactly where your ad budget is going and you keep the file. That's a fair trade for a two-minute form.
